What Is Sin?
Any thought, attitude, or action that does not express or conform to the holy
character and nature of God.
Where Did Sin Originate?
Sin entered the world of humans through Adam & Eve.
“When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death
spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.” Romans 5:12 (NLT)
What Are The Consequences of Sin?
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through
Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 (NLT)
“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for
us.” Romans 5:8 (ESV)
“Yes, Adam’s one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ’s one act of
righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone.
Because one person disobeyed God, many became sinners. But because one

“You say, “I am allowed to do anything” but not everything is good for

With whom and where can I drink?
“But you must be careful so that your freedom does not cause others with
a weaker conscience to stumble….So if what I eat causes another believer
to sin, I will never eat meat again as long as I live for I don’t want to
