 Objectives:

To develop sound fundamentals about quality and requirement understanding

 Overview:
This workshop primarily aimed for fresh or junior engineers to develop sound fundamentals
about quality and customer requirement understanding. Starting with case studies from healthcare, food production and education, the SDLC workshop establishes fundamentals using realtime examples and case studies. Subsequently the workshop introduces various phases of SDLC
along with its life cycle options.
Participants will go through extensive set of case-studies where they will be able to apply the
knowledge and create a quality system for a project. They are also given practical tips and
guidelines faced in real-time project implementation.

Workshop based approach delivered in a fast track manner. Primary delivery method is built
around face-to-face interaction, hands-on case studies, experience sharing and applied
learning.
