Helping & Supporting International Students' Cultural Adjustment to UC Berkeley

This workshop will introduce student development models to frame a conversation on cultural adjustment and
intercultural competency. Advisors will gain a deeper understanding of the international student experience
through a panel that features students at various stages of their journey. Through small group work and
activities, advisors will develop techniques that encourage students to reflect on and consider their personal
