You can’t always prevent the circumstances that impact your business and IT infrastructure. But what if you had expert recovery personnel and a specialized

IT infrastructure to cost-effectively help you recover from a disaster, site outage, or serious IT problem?

Maintain essential operations

Enterprises like yours depend on IT to run business operations and achieve a competitive advantage. It’s through IT that your customers make purchases, your employees communicate with one another, and vendors and suppliers receive orders and get paid. If your IT-based business processes are down for a few hours, it could affect your revenue, profitability, client loyalty, stock price—and your reputation. Imagine if that outage lasted days or even weeks.

Engage with the best

HPE Continuity Services provide major cost savings—compared to in-house solutions—and the flexibility and expertise you need. Through our broad portfolio of standard and custom services, we can craft a solution that comprehensively meets your specific requirements:

• Contractual flexibility— HPE provides an effective and easy process for contract changes or contract termination should the need arise.

• Flexible access for rehearsals— You can typically schedule rehearsals at our recovery centers within three months, unlike the 6- to 12-month waits that are normal with other vendors. And if your plans change, we can easily reschedule your rehearsal with three months’ notice.

• Subscription restrictions— We offer stronger protection against large-scale or multipledisaster scenarios by limiting the number of subscriptions for a particular piece of equipment to 15 (25 in North America). In contrast, other major vendors may have no definite subscription limits and subscribe up to 50, 75, or more clients to a single piece of equipment.

• Well-tested recovery processes and experienced personnel— HPE has expert personnel and understands the processes necessary to help you quickly recover your complex IT environment, not just provide loaner hardware.

• Comprehensive, continuity solution integrator— Our strong capabilities for integrating comprehensive continuity and availability solutions in complex, hybrid environments support multiple recovery time and recovery point objectives, cloud and traditional IT infrastructures, midrange and mainframe environments, virtual and physical servers, and workplace recovery.
