share their knowledge in a 90 minute masterclass and guide you through a tasting experience that only Wright Brothers can offer.
Dispel those oyster myths, understand the health benefits of oysters, and learn how incredible these tiny molluscs that outlived the
Jurassic period really are.
Our oyster masterclasses take place every month and are also available for private events. Eat your way around the British Isles and
France with 6 natural, 3 dressed and 3 cooked oysters, alongside a glass of bubbles on arrival and 2 glasses of wine throughout. The
classes are slightly different within each restaurant with an Asian influence to the dressed oysters at Soho, expect a more traditional
feel to the dressed and
menu style.
