The PTA Cooking Classes are back! Last year, these culinary classes proved very popular with parents, and so we are pleased to confirm this year’s first class on September 18. For September, our PTA Secretary, Minh Bui will lead a class in Vietnamese cuisine, including Vietnamese Fresh Rolls! Space is limited, so if you’re interested, book your place now. The cost is 50 RMB per person, and you can register with either Stephanie Jian (stephanie.jiang@bcis.cn) at the ES or with Sophie Zheng (sophie.zheng@bcis.cn) at the ECC.
