** NOTES **
#1 – Marked for ease of identification.
#2 – A&S does not provide candidates a sleep system. However, a sleep system is
MANDATORY for admission into the course. If candidates have not been issued a
sleep system from their present unit, individuals are authorized to bring personal linen.
#3 - POAS Uniform Configuration - POAS recommends that all candidates arrive to
selection with white engineer tape sewn (see POAS Uniform Configuration enclosure)
prior to arriving at Fort Bragg North Carolina.
#4 – Toe shoes are not authorized for wear, e.g. Vibram five-fingers.
#5 – Winter Packing List. Required for classes from 15 October through 15 April.
#6 – A Copy of your SERE physical and ALL required waivers are mandatory for entry
into the course
