SATEC’s extended schoolyard greening program includes several naturalized areas: a butterfly garden and a pond. These outdoor classrooms provide a unique experience for the Toronto high school student. We have also won Platinum ECOschools status for our efforts in minimizing waiste and energy conservation at the school. We welcome over 1,000 students at our information sessions; we accept only 300 new students each year. We are a Cisco Systems regional academy and you can earn your Cisco networking certification in Grades 11 and 12. Senior business courses focus on the latest trends in the E-business world. Computer studies’ students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering and to develop an integrated approach to programming for the Internet using current Java program language techniques. Enriched Math Program Beginning in Grade 10, we offer an exceptional enriched program in mathematics.
