Algebra I Refresher
Sure, you finished Algebra 1, but do you remember it? Did you ever really “get it”? This summer you have a second chance to really solidify
and reinforce the essential skills necessary for
future courses such as Algebra II, Trigonometry
and Calculus. The importance of knowing your
basic algebra skills can’t possibly be overstated. Your “math” future depends on it.
Join us for a trip down memory lane (including
topics like graphing linear equations, factoring
quadratics, solving quadratics equations, simplifying exponents and simplifying radical expressions). Sign up today to reserve a space in
this 10 hour review workshop!

Pre-Algebra Refresher
Are you heading into Algebra I next year? Could
you use just a bit more work on those crucially
important “fundamental” math skills (like simplifying fractions, decimals, variable expressions and
solving multi-step equations – to name just a
few)? Two major keys to success in Algebra are a
high level of confidence and a solid math foundation; so, spend a week this summer working on
both of those goals. Don’t let summer go by without preparing yourself for next year. Reserve
your spot right now for a fast paced, worthwhile
week of math camp!

spent in the art room.
Instructor: Ann Ferron has taught art at the Patton Middle
