Company overview - DRIP Elastotek founded in 2009 is one of the fastest growing rubber product manufacturing company. The factory is located in Eastern India along with several liason offices all over India.
With a strong workforce, technical expertise and strong partners the company has excelled in the fields of manufacturing of rubber and thermoplastic parts. The company is promoted by expertise from rubber and plastic industry with very strong financial partners and promoters.
The company has complete infrastructure for manufacturing of all kind of rubber parts, be it compression, transfer or injection moulded The product line is indicative and not exhaustive. From O-Rings, Gaskets,
Seals to rubber mounts, buffers, cleats all are included in our portfolio.
With shortest delivery time the company accepts orders from minimum no of parts and has capability to deliver continuous volume every month depending on customers requirement.
Management – The Company has a strong management team. The promoters are technically qualified and originate with years of experience in the similar fields. The company has strong financial backbone and the promoters have integrated forward towards successful management of the company. The promoters have vast experiences in the field of rubber and plastic and moreover they are producers and dealers of raw materials required for the rubber industry.
Hence, the company has strategic advantages with respect to sourcing of raw materials as due to this integration, it can be competitive in the market.
Quality Control – The company has complete in-house facility of testing of different properties. All rubber compounds are mixed in-house and checked prior release for bul production. The company ensures through quality check of its components prior delivery to customer. This includes complete visual and dimensional checks. Properties like
Tensile, Elongation, Hardness are checked from the rubber compound mix to ensure proper quality.
Quality Certification & Registrations – Besides numerous customer appreciations, the company is ISO 9001:2008 QMS certified. The company complies all statutory and regulatory requirements and does have all registrations required to operate business in India and export overseas.
Infrastructure The company has complete infrastructure for production of moulded goods under one roof. From metal treatment to rubber mixing to injection moulding, all facilities are available in house.
The company has its own metal punching and shearing mechanical plant so that it can produce any forms of sheet metals required for manufacturing of mounts and other parts. A brief list of facility is laid down as below –
Internal Mixing Plants, 2 Roll mills, Shot Blasting closed chamber machines, Drying Ovens, Adhesive spray booths, Metal forming division, Injection and compression moulding (rubber), Injection moulding (ThermoPlastic), Compact Air Chilling Plants ,Well equipped testing lab with computerized testing machines.
