College of Natural Resources Overview of transfer admissions and majors I attended a workshop for transfer counselors and advisors at NCSU’s College of Natural Resources. The workshop was packed full of information about their programs, career opportunities, transfer admissions info, and everything you would need to know to advise students interested in attending NCSU. The following slides summarize most of what was discussed but focuses on using the NCSU web page to better advise transfer students who want to attend there. If you have students interested in any of the majors offered in the College of Natural Resources please have them review the web pages for the major they are considering and then walk them through the Transfer Admissions Review and NCCC Curriculum Pathways so they understand how they can be accepted and transfer to NCSU! The next slide introduces you to the College of Natural Resources and their different majors. Following is an overview of how to use the NCSU Transfer Admissions web page and some other important info for advisors. The links within this presentation are active! If you have questions or need assistance please free to contact me or contact the NCSU transfer advisors directly - a directory is provided on the last slide. John M.
