Discussed zoning ordinance, building permit process and potential sale of properties. 6/8 Spoke to Wayne Ashebraner regarding property located on Abbott Rd on the north side of St. Hedwig in our ETJ. Part of it is in our ETJ; part of it in the County. Discussed potential development into a gated community and what ordinances if any would apply. 6/8 Spoke to Herbert Braezell about the violation notice he received for 15490 St. Hedwig Rd. He will be moving the RV off the property within 2-4 weeks; should be out by the end of June. No further action will be taken by the City until after the end of June, and only if necessary. 6/9 Received an email from Heather Hansen from Wilson County requesting additional information re: Colibro Creek Subdivision. Faxed variance paperwork and signed variance doc on 6/15. 6/10 Email conversation re: 15630 E Lupon Rd. Property has mftr home that is currently rented. Renter wanted to know if they could add another residence to the property. Discussed zoning ordinance and that the extended family residence option is only for the property owner, not renters. 6/10 Received email from Patricia Sitig Runge re: property on 1604 that has a flood plain she wants removed. Attempted call back but no answer. 6/10 Spoke to Mr. Landreth who was looking to purchase a 20 acre tract next to Texas Pride. Discussed zoning ordinance and ETJ applicability. 6/11 Spoke to Corey; builder wanting to build at 727 Abbott Ridge. Had questions about whether or not water meters had been installed-suggested he reach out to ECWS; provided number for him to contact them. 6/15 Spoke to Mrs. Rencher about properties near Churchview and 1346. 3 separate properties each .2-.5 acres in size. Discussed zoning ordinance re: residential/commercial and land use. 6/15 Spoke to Peter who had questions about property on 1518; fencing permits and or burn ban in place. No fencing permits are required; provided him Bexar County Fire Marshal office to discuss burn bans and permit requirements. 6/15 Spoke to Pat re: 15360 E Lupon Rd. wanted to talk about adding another home to her 2 acre property for her renter. Discussed BOA variance process and the guidelines they use in determining whether or not a variance request can be granted. 6/15 Spoke to Mr. and Mrs. Franckowiack about the status of their variance request. Explained the Mayor had it under review by the City Attorney and Bexar County Fire Marshal, and once the review was complete next steps would be taken as necessary. 6/22 Received a call from Mr. Mikolajczyk re: building permit for shop of St. Hedwig Rd. Attempted c/b but no answer. 6/22 Lm for ReMax realtor Dave Geraminta of property at 1180 Pittman Rd. that is currently for sale listed as 1 acre and house. Reported by Ben Robertson for us to investigate. 6/23 Spoke to Ashely at Remax re: 1180 Pittman Rd. informed her of the zoning ordinance requirement of the 5 acre minimum. She was going to speak to David and the property owner about the potential issue and follow up with me. 6/25 Spoke to Mark about a potential purchase of property at La Vernia Rd and Mt. Olive . Property is in the ETJ; discussed zoning ordinance/building permits etc. 6/25 Spoke to Lindsey re: 1180 Pittman Rd. Discussed existing deed showing 13.5 acres versus the 1 acre with the house and the 12.5 acres separate. Discussed zoning ordinance and 5 acre minimum. 6/29 Received message from Manly Perry re: questions on a property in the ETJ. Attempted c/b but no answer. 6/29 Spoke with Mark re: property at La Vernia Rd and mt Olive. Discussed septic permit and inspection requirements per the state. Suggested he call Bexar County for more specific information. 6/29 Spoke to Zac and Lindsey Lara re: 1180 Pittman Rd. City of St. Hedwig map shows potential platted property from BCAD of 1 acre, but the deed shows 13.5 acres. Explained if they could provide the plat showing the separation of the property it would be enough to satisfy the City. 6/29 Spoke to Herbert Braezell re: 15490 St. Hedwig Rd. RV to be removed either 6/30 or 7/1. Property will then no longer be in violation of the zoning ordinance.
