SafeRoad acquires Bongard & Lind
Saferoad AS acquires 94,9 percent of the shares of the German company Bongard &
Lind GmbH & Co KG.
SafeRoad is a leading European supplier of traffic safety solutions. The main business areas
of Bongard & Lind are road restraint systems (RRS), noise barriers and road marking tape.
Bongard & Lind is well established in the German market, situated in Nentershausen close to
Frankfurt. The company has a new and modern production facility for RRS components and
noise barriers in Weroth, 5 km from Nentershausen.
“Bongard & Lind has a solid market position, and we welcome the opportunity to develop
SafeRoad’s business in Germany”, states Jon Erik Engeset, President and CEO of SafeRoad.

Bongard & Lind is a result of a merger between Bongard GmbH & Co KG and Lind
