FRENCH FOR MINISTRY COURSE, LEVEL 2 In Toronto The United Theological College / Le Séminaire Uni One week intensive: June 6 to 10, 2016; 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 11: possibility of evaluation for the Certificate in bilingual ministry Description: Instructor: The French for Ministry courses were developed as part of the Advancement of Bilingual Ministry program of the United Theological College. The courses improve French language skills while acquiring the necessary terminology for ministry within The United Church of Canada and other protestant denominations. Participants will learn church vocabulary for liturgy, administration, pastoral care and Christian education. This Level 2 Course is for intermediate French speakers. It prepares students particularly well for the completion of UTC’s Certificate in Bilingual ministry. An entrance evaluation is required. Evaluation dates will be announced in the fall (see www.utc.ca or contact Angelika Piché). Cost & payment info: Entrance evaluation fee $25; course fee $350 plus $100 for lunches and coffee breaks.
