IBM's next-generation B2B integration cloud platform is now available in a new data
(R)
center in Frankfurt, Germany for IBM Sterling B2B Integration Services, part of
IBM's B2B Cloud Services product portfolio. These services are also expanding into
new markets and are available in an additional 10 countries.

Sterling B2B Integration Services, available on IBM's SoftLayer cloud
infrastructure, offers on-demand scale, exceptional bandwidth through a carrier
grade backbone, local points of presence, a highly secure IPv4 and IPv6 network
with local and global load balancing and the ability to expand into new geographies
(based on demand) to meet local security, privacy, and data residency requirements.

B2B Integration Services works to meet European security and
performance requirements
The first SoftLayer data center to offer this new platform is in Frankfurt, Germany.
Geographically focused on European clients, and those clients with European trading
partners, all data is processed and stored within the European Union and support
hours and maintenance windows are optimized for the European business day.
The Frankfurt center includes all the robust security and performance capabilities
of IBM. Designed according to IBM Security Readiness Principles and ISO27001
standards, data is encrypted while in motion and while at rest to help ensure client
data is secured as it traverses the service and once stored in the database and file
system. In addition, the strictest security requirements are adhered to in order to be
SOC-2 compliant.
