COMPANY PROFILE
With a philosophy centered on traditional building principals with strict business ethics Procon Developments
has built a reputation for quality, consistency, timeliness and cost effectiveness with our valued clients and
industry associates.
Realising milestones set within the business plan for growth, turnover, profitability and development has
positioned Procon with a current capacity to undertake projects valued up to $20 million across numerous
facets of commercial and industrial construction and development, including hospitality, retail, fast food, service
stations, public projects, sporting venues, factories, manufacturing plants, offices, supermarkets, medical &
laboratory, theatrical and motor vehicle dealerships.
To ensure service and a clear understanding of all issues on the projects undertaken, company director Leon
Key, has input on every project from the costing stage through to project delivery. Direct and constant liaison
with our clients is maintained at all times to promote confident, positive relationships, and reinforce our
commitment to a successful outcome for all involved.
Our direct workforce comprises office administration staff, site foremen, leading hand carpenters, carpenters,
joiners, labourers and apprentices. The culture of our company and work ethic of our staff and employees,
along with the benefit of our joinery workshop allows us to be dynamic and responsive through projects
accommodating client needs and changes without compromising completion dates. We also have a strong
specialist subcontractor base with committed support due to our ability to offer continuous quality work with
competent management and legitimate 30 day payment terms.
Emphasis on staff training and providing opportunities for advancement has resulted in a stable work
environment and job security in turn leading to an outstanding safety and industrial relations record. To date
Procon has not lost a single day of productivity to either injury or industrial dispute nor been issued with
improvement notice or cincture from Worksafe.
