Welcome to Russell’s steaks, chops and more Like any great work of art… our beverage menu was not an overnight creation, but an unraveling masterpiece. Our beverage menu has been prepared for your pleasure. We have created some wonderful specialty cocktails, bringing the kitchen into the bar while also offering some of your more classic martinis. On our wine section, we have a wide range of grape varietals with many great values and some lesser-known artesian wines from all over the world. We encourage you to explore new regions, or revisit familiar favorites. We are passionate and eager to guide you through our menu and recommend a wine that we feel may best suit your tastes. The beverage offerings and wine menu are equally as dynamic and are carefully paired with Russell’s menu. Although we have made suggestions for food and wine pairings, we believe in drinking the wine that will make you happy regardless of what you are eating. Thus, if you wish to have a cool and crisp sauvignon blanc with your steak or if you wish to drink a big and robust zinfandel with your fish, we are with you. It is our pleasure to serve you. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance in making a selection. Thank you for joining us. Russell’s Staff Corkage fee is $20 per bottle. Vintages are subject to change based on availability. Sometimes I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company, I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I am not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it – unless I'm thirsty." Therefore, wellbalanced clean finishing wines often create the best food and wine pairings as they taste great, but do not over power (or under taste!) the food with which they are served. These wines are smooth, medium-bodied and very well balanced. For those of you who do not care for red wines, these wines may be the best matches for the meats on our menu because of their balance. 2012 2010 2011 2010 2012 2010 Sauvignon Blanc, Whitehaven, Marborough, New Zealand Chardonnay, Chappellet Vineyards, St. Helena, CA Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay, New Zealand Chardonnay, Shafer, Red Shoulder Ranch, Napa Valley, Carneros, CA Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc, Pascal Jolivet, Loire, France Sauvignon Blanc, Merry Edwards, Russian River Valley, CA 45 65 50 75 49 78 reds S o f t, L i g h t & E a s y Sometimes drinking a wine that is just easy to drink is exactly what you want. These wines are also good for beginning red wine drinkers. 2008 2010 2011 2010 2010 2010 Pinot Noir, Gloria Ferrer, Carneros, Sonoma, CA Pinot Noir, Silvio Jermann, Red Angel on the Moonlight, Venezia Giulia, Italy Pinot Noir, Product of Camus, Belle Glos, Meiomi, Monterey, Sonoma, CA Merlot, Milbrandt Vineyards, Traditions, Columbia Valley, WA Cabernet Sauvignon, B.R.
