Investment Banking Boot Camp
The Carey Business School Finance Club and Professional Career Services will
host Wall Street Prep’s financial training seminars at Johns Hopkins University on the weekend
of April 5-6, 2008. These intensive weekend seminar is led by former investment bankers with
applied expertise in financial and valuation modeling methodologies, and bridges the gap
between academics and the real world. Students will learn practical financial skills that are
highly sought by employers.
Who Should Attend?
Students interested in careers in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, asset
management, business development, capital markets, equity & credit research, and sales &
trading.

The cost is $199 per student and includes 2 days of live training, manuals, Excel model
templates, 3-month access to the two seminars online and a bonus 3-month access to
seminar “Excel for Finance”. The bonus seminar should be taken before the live training
to develop the advanced Excel skills used in the workshops.
Students who are members of the Finance Club and Professional Career Services are
eligible for a 10% discount. Those eligible for this discount must contact Mr. Patrick Madsen,
Director of PCS (pmadsen@jhu.edu) prior to registration in order to receive the discount.
A minimum of 35 attendees is required and the deadline for
registration is March 31. If the minimum attendance is not
