Add the Canon Print driver on Mac Go to the following link and select: Color imageRUNNER Copiers from the list under: Browse by Product Type Under Product Family select the group of model numbers that are matching your Copier as it’s shown in the picture. Select you model number and click on Drivers & Software. Verify your OSx version of your MAC. Canon website will automatically detect what version is running on your MAC but it’s recommended to double check that under “About this Mac”. Select the latest version of UFRII drivers and download (see the picture on the right). Once downloaded run and extract the http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/office Add the Canon Print driver on Mac Double click on UFRII_v10.2.1_MAC.d mg file Double click on “Installer.pkg” and install the print driver and reboot the MAC. Go to “System Preferences” and double click on Print & Fax Add the Canon Print driver on Mac Click on “+” to add the printer. Click on “IP” type the IP address for Address; change the Name to a name that you would like to use for the Printer. Under Print Using change the “Generic PostScript Printer” to Select Printer Software. See the picture for reference. Type in a model number of your copier under “Search” to eliminate the possible mistakes and select it. P.S. in some cases it will give you multiple options. Make sure to select the driver for “US” and your model. Add the Canon Print driver on Mac Click on “Add” and the print driver is installed successfully and in some cases will ask you to select the features of the copier (finisher, drawer options) Select the printer to be”bidirectional” if prompt. Open a word document, PDF and select to print Under the options look for finishing and select 1-sided printing unless you prefer 2sided printing. P.S. All Canon drivers are defaulted to 2sided printing. Add the Canon Print driver on Mac Under the options select “Quality” where options for Color or B&W printing can be changed. Under the Presets you have options to save one for Color, B&W printing or any other presets that you would like.
