Mr Tim Hird
Managing Director,
Robert Half International Singapore & Japan
Mr Tim Hirid has worked with Robert Half Interantional for over 10 years. In his current
role, Mr Hird is responsible for the Singapore operations of Robert Half International.
Mr Hird has lived and worked in Singapore for over 3 years. During this time, he
successfully started up the Robert Half business in Singapore and has helped to build
the executive search, contract and project consulting practice lines, making this
business one of the fastest growing within the international organisations across North
America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Mr Hird is actively involved with a number of thought leadership initiatives in the
Singapore employment market and enjoys successful partnerships with some of the
leading professional associations in Singapore including ICPAS, ACCA, SiTF, CFA
Singapore and the institute of Internal Auditors of Singapore.
Mr Hird is a familiar industry figure and a valuable spokesperson on current trends
affecting the employment market. He holds a degree in Latin from the University of
Birmingham.

Educational Qualifications: Ailing holds a Bachelor Degree from University of Tasmania, Australia and has a
Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce Marketing which she achieved a Certificate of
Commendation. She also completed a TESOL course. Currently Ailing is pursuing her
MBA (for Financial Managers and Finance Professionals) with Manchester Business
School, UK.
Professional Experience: Prior to lecturing full-time, Ailing was working for a multinational corporation where
she was involved in international projects, business analysis and marketing research.
She was also required to design training materials and conduct in-house training to
subsidiaries both locally as well as overseas.
