To cancel your products or services from 1EUROhosting/B-Smarthosting, you must fill out
the form and provide a signature return it to us.
Within 2 weeks you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. If you get this within
this period, then we might not receive your cancellation, please contact us.
1EUROhosting/B-Smarthosting has a notice period of one month. This means that not
later than one month before the renewal date your cancellation must be done. The renewal
date can be found in the Customer Care in the relative product.
