Exhibitor must take a color picture, only pig in picture, of the front view – showing ear notches, left side view and right side view of their
pig. Pictures must be close up and clearly show pig’s color, ear notches and features. Sale Committee and /or Senior Fair Board have
the right to reject any picture/s that does not clearly show pig, to enable proper identification.
FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT ENTIRELY, NO BLANK AREAS
FORMS WITHOUT ALL INFORMATION AND PROPER PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE REJECTED
Hair sample must be turned in with completed form. Pull hair from pig, place in ziplock bag, attach bag to form.
By signing below you agree that, should your pig(s) become ill or show signs of any illness, they may be quarantined and deemed
terminal. Terminal means the animal may not go back to the farm but will go directly to a packer. The fair board at any time may declare
all swine terminal and no animals will be allowed to return to the exhibitors farm, they will go directly to a packer, exhibitor will be
responsible for all processing fees.

** Second Wednesday in May between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – Completed cards must be brought to the fairgrounds and turned in to a Sale
Committee person at the designated area. Any exhibitor not turning in a market swine ID card at this time will not be eligible to participate in the
Athens County Junior Fair Market Livestock Show and Sale. A $2.00 per market animal registration fee is to be paid at this time.
