Espy is a generic management platform which is capable
of managing a wide range of network elements from
multiple vendors.
The platform is primarily designed as an event
management platform, capable of supporting standard
and proprietary element communication protocols.
Performance and Asset management is also supported
directly by the platform.
Its modular design ensures that by utilising different
functionality blocks it can be used to manage virtually
any network element.
With the ability to manage through multiple interface
types the it has the capability to consolidate
management from the oldest legacy equipment deployed
with todays lastest technology in a single platform.
Configuration management is achieved by seamlessly
hosting third party applications providing a degree of
independence and hence flexibility in to the management
capabilities of the System.
