MULTI-WAVES-16 Managed Last mile Access Rack MULTI WAVES-16 MULTI-WAVES-16 is a Manageable Last Mile Access system, providing full convergence of the Last Mile services with different technologies, rates, interfaces and media. The Managed rack supports E1, G.SHDSL, Optical multiplexing and Ethernet cards. Each card in the MULTI-WAVES-16 works in a pointto-point configuration opposite to a remote CPE with no connection to the adjacent cards. This allows each card to support a different rates, interfaces or media. All cards are hot-swappable and can be replaced without interfering with other cards. MULTI-WAVES-16 is a 19" rack-mountable 3U platform supporting two rear-loading, redundant, load-sharing, hot-swappable AC or DC power supplies. A maximum of 15 modules can be installed in the chassis, providing a CO/POP site solution for connecting maximum of 15 remote customers. MULTI-WAVES-16 supports SNMP management with Network Management (Master) card. The network management software LITEVIEW NMS enables the user to change the setup configuration, get real-time alerts on system status, active diagnostics, and receive statistics on system functionality in a graphical format.
