Top 30 Green Catalysts by the Malaysian Green Technology
Corporation – for pioneering the development of sustainable townships and the first to design and develop homes with solar building-integrated photovoltaics, surrounded by eco-friendly landscaping.
S P Setia’s Corporate HQ then won the Platinum Certification
(Provisional) in the non-residential category by GreenRe, with the support of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’
Association (REHDA). This came on top of the Green Building
Index (GBI) Platinum rating in sustainable features, making them the first private sector corporate office and only the third building in Malaysia with that title.
Our third green award went to Setia Eco Cascadia in Johor
Bahru. The Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM) lauded it for its comprehensive landscaping of its Foresta
Precinct.
Next, we were named as Malaysia’s Top 10 Developer 2015 by BCI Asia. This is the fifth consecutive year that S P Setia has won this award.
On the branding front, we took home the Reader’s Digest
Trusted Brand Award, as voted by the esteemed publication’s readers. In Asia, Reader’s Digest remains the largestcirculating international magazine.
Last but not least, Malaysia’s leading property developer has also been accredited by Aon Hewitt as “Best Employer
