● The successful applicant shall by virtue of this applicaDon and the acceptance of the Scholarship to have consented to bind himself
or herself to work for UWC Holdings Sdn Bhd and/or any of its subsidiaries and associated companies a year of scholarship awarded
immediately upon his or her graduation.
● Failure on the part of the successful applicant/recipient of the Scholarship to discharge and fulfill the above abligaDon is deemed a
contractual default and UWC Holding Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to recover from the recipient the amount of the Scholarship
disbursed.
● UWC Holdings Sdn Bhd also reserves the rights and privileges to grant a waiver of the condiDons or to release the recipient of
Scholarship on the above obligation.
