• Purchase and installation must occur between 1/1/2009 and 12/31/2010.
• Your rebate must be postmarked no later than 1/31/2011. LoJack® is unable to process
your rebate unless you include a copy of your original sales receipt or purchase-and-sale
agreement, and a completed rebate form.
