trade. All of our technicians are CSLT or CALT certified by NALMCO, the most respected name in the lighting management
industry. Plus, all of our technicians are state-licensed electricians and regularly participate in training programs from GE,
Sylvania, Philips and other lighting manufacturers. We’re dedicated to using our breadth of knowledge and training to help
businesses in Arkansas and beyond improve the lighting in their facilities while saving money on maintenance and energy

OUR HISTORY
Ben Grothe is the founder and CEO of LumaTech. Ben has worked in the lighting industry for more than 17 years. When he
moved to Little Rock in 2004, he observed that Arkansas did not have any professional lighting maintenance companies.
So in 2010, he founded LumaTech. LumaTech is the only professional lighting and sign maintenance company in the state
of Arkansas and has since expanded its services to customers in the surrounding regions of the United States.
LumaTech’s goal is to provide the most cost-effective lighting maintenance solutions to building owners while improving
the quality of lighting in their facilities.
