The meetings were scheduled 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.,
Thursdays, September 24, 1970, through January 28, 1971, at the San Miguel Auditorium,
San Miguel Building, 6766 Ayala Avenue, Makati, Rizal. Owing to typhoon weather, and the
consequent power failure, the Fifth Meeting was
rescheduled from November 19, 1970, to December 10, 1970, at the auditorium of the Ateneo
de Manila College of Law, Padre Faura campus,
Manila. The Sixth Meeting (December 3, 1970)
was also held at Padre Faura.
