Curriculum Vitae – Aklilu Tetemke Haile AKLILU TETEMKE HAILE Senior Advisor M +251912658458 E ath@ilpi.org PROFILE Aklilu Tetemke is a Senior Advisor, with particular responsibilities of advising on government affairs, inter-governmental coordination, regional security issues, and legal matters in Ethiopia. He has served as a top-level civil servant in various governmental positions in Ethiopia since 1991, the latest being director of the Inter-Governmental Relations (IGR) Directorate at the Ministry of Federal Affairs. Tetemke has also been a part time lecturer on Federalism and Constitutional Law at St. Mary University and Staff College in Addis Ababa. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the Ethiopian Civil Service University and a MA in International Relations from Addis Ababa University. In addition to this he holds diplomas from a wide variety of advanced trainings.
