The tutorial program.

Me will run for only 11 weeks, which are 11 classes of study (from 18/JULY TO END OF NOV 2015). Note
that classes will end at the end of NOV for all internal students. Then we wait for
revision/exam course as it will be indicated on the timetable for revision.
3. After the classes are done, Then our tutors will provide one day or two days
Revision/exam class preparations to all our internal students (8HRS per Module),
Revision/exam course preparation will go as the exam dates are indicated in the
Revision timetable, which means that some of the modules which are written in the
first week and second week will be given a first chance on the revision/exam course
timetable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CLASSES(NORMAL CLASSES)

Failure by student to attend lectures for any reason whatever will not reduce liability for the
total cost of the full course and student shall be entitled to no credit on reduction as a result of
student’s failure to attend lectures.
 Missing of classes either Saturday or Sunday classes, catch up classes will be provided only
during the course of the week that’s only if your module appears on weekly timetable. Students
must not miss classes as time period is very short to cover all the required material for exam
preparation.
 Every student must make sure that he/she has a ACCESS CARD to attend his/her classes.
(Green cards, red cards, yellow cards will be provided to all the students)
2. Tutorial fees

Admin/Registration fees (Non-refundable fee of R200.00) and 50% study fees on each
module is payable on the registration before a student start attending any class.

A student must pay another 25% on study fees before OR ON 31/JULY/2015 to make it
50% And another payment on the 31/AUG/2015 to make it 75% and the last payment
must be made before or on the 25/SEPT/2015 to make it 100%.Failure to settle your
account in time may result you not attending any class and assistance with ASSIGNMENT ONE
Assistancewill only be provided to students who have paid 50% on each module only.

Every student must settle his/her account before or on the 25/SEPT/2015.No access to
classes will be allowed if a student does not settle his/her account before the
25/SEPT/2015.





In terms of section 40 of the South African Schools Act, the school is legally entitled to
demand the payment of the compulsory school fees. In the event of non-payment of
fees, the school can legally claim, despite any custody agreement and /or court order
against parents/guardians, the outstanding fees from these parents/guardians.
The school reserves the right to forward details of defaulting parents/students to credit
bureaus for credit listing. All information supplied to these agencies can and may be
made available to other creditors which may hamper future credit applications made
by you/parent/guardian concerned.
The school assures the students/parents/guardians that the information give in
confidence to us by any third party will only be used for the purposes of
communication to only registrated students
In the event that a student fails to pay the school fees as arranged with the college, will
not receive any assistance with assignments and with immediate effect the student will
not be allowed to attend any class further until the outstanding balance is settled.
Every student must make sure that he/she has an ACCESS CARD TO THE CLASSES, as the
securities will be checking classes every session.
3. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES/REFUND
3.1 A student must cancel out his/her module after attending only one class which is the first
day of attendance and cancellation fee of 25% will be charged,After attending more than two
classes, NO refund will be given, regardless of any circumstances after the payment has spent
more three weeks on the college Account, It will be treated as the student has been attending
the classes, Students/parents must read these Rules and Regulations very carefully before
signing this contract. If a student cancels module MUST INFORM THE COLLEGE IN TIME.
3.2 Courses may be cancelled at any time by GREENVIEW TUTORIAL CENTRE, in which case
PRO-RATA REFUND WILL BE PAID BACK TO THE STUDENT(S).
3.3 If a student cancels out the module after attending more than three classes, after receiving
assistance with one or two assignment (s), a student will be liable to pay all the full
amount/study fees for those particular module(s),As long as a student attends more than three
classes cancellation will not be acceptable in any cases.
3.4 If the college fails to provide the service as it promised to the student OR the tutor is no long
with the college at any time or he/she is sick, the college reserves right to look for another tutor
or to cancel out that particular class if it fails to get another tutor in time, then Refund or pro
rate refund will be calculated according to the number of classes attended, Then the balance
will be given to the student(s).
4. A student should take care of his/her properties while on the campus.
5. Greenview tutorial Centre indemnities its members, management and or employees will not
be held responsible for any loss of property, damage to any life, etc. of any person enrolled in
and/ or attending the lectures, or while studying at the premises.
6. Students doing EUP1501, COS1511, INF1511, COS1501, AIN2601 and among others,
must have their own laptops and 3G to use during the classes.
7. Greenview tutorial Centre may change the venue of the lectures at any time.
8. I have registered for the correct module(s).
9. If payments are not made as arranged in time, Greenview tutorial Centre reserves the
right to stop the student from attending the classes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Please be on time for all the lectures.
2. Make sure that you don’t miss any lecture especially Saturdays and Sundays.
3. You will need to attend only once a Saturdays or Sundays or during the week.(Weekly
classes are after work that’s after 17:00-19:30, classes will run once week for
11consecutiveweeks.
4. Please take note of when to do your payment. If you fail to make a payment on time,
you won’t have access card to classes and you won’t get any assistance with
yourassignments.
5. Please bring the following every Saturday or Sunday, weekly, your textbooks, study guide
and stationery if necessary, tutorial letter 101 AND ACCESS CARDS TO THE CLASSSES.
6. Students must report any tutor who misses classes, coming late for classes, if the
tutor is not prepared for classes, or if a tutor asks you an extra fee or cold drink in
exchange of any help and no tutor is allowed to sale you study notes or any kind of
the study material,please kindly report to our offices such behavior.

will added on top of the fees owned in case of failure to pay your school fees in time as arranged.

between parties and particulars furnished by me is correct to the best of my knowledge and
greenview tutorial Centre to follow all the provisions and conditions of this college, May take any
legal actions for want of compliance.
