Though seldom seen on the East Coast, Miwa Matreyek is an internationally recognized animator, designer, and multimedia artist based in Los Angeles. Her work is visually rich and technically precise. Her themes, ranging from the creation of the universe to our complex world today, are sure to delight. Funded in part by the Expeditions program of the New England Foundation for the Arts, made possible with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional support from the six New England state arts agencies.
