The Employee Productivity Framework reflects the understanding that
productivity is not only an input over output concept. Fundamentally, it is a
dynamic relationship between job satisfaction, work life balance, workplace
culture and wellness of employees within an organisation. The framework
focuses on five high-level outcomes: results for productive employees,
organisation and industries. The framework was developed based on the
Canada Public Service Employee Survey, Monash University Quality of Work
life Survey, MITI & Agencies Employee Satisfaction Survey and The Willis North
America Health and Productivity Survey 2010.
