WHEREAS,

friends

forever
treasure
their

memories of Franklin Joseph Homer, Sr. , of Par is, Texas, who passed

away on August 16, 2012, at the age of 77; and
WHEREAS, Frank Homer was born on May 1, 1935, in McAlester,
4

Oklahoma,
6
graduating
7
Oklahoma State University; and

Commerce and the Boys Club of Paris and as a member of the advisory

board of St. Joseph's Hospital; he also played a prominent role in
23
the congregation at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, and the
24
concern and support he
showed for
the Lamar

positive difference in many lives; and

WHEREAS, Those who were privileged to share in the friendship

admiration and affection,
