1) Fees
a) Initial License Fee
The Licenseeshall pay the initial licensefee to the Authority as given in the table on
page (4) of this document) prior to the Effective Date or as modified through
regulationsfiom time to time by the Authority.
b) Annual Fees
i)
The MVNO Licenseeshall pay to the Authority an amount equivalentto 0.5
% of the Licensee'sannual gross revenue from Licensed Servicesminus
inter-Operatorpaymentsand parent MNO related paymentsas annual license
fee.. However initial Licensefee, collectionof charges,penaltiesimposedby
PTA, if any, and leasedline chargesshall not be deductedfrom the gross
revenue;
ii) The Licensee shall contribute Universal Service Fund to the Authority, Erl
amount equivalentto 1.5 % of the Licensee'sannual gross revenue from
LicensedServicesminus inter-operatorpayment and related Parentoperator
(lvtNo) mandatedpayments.However,initial Licensefee, collectioncharges,
penaltiesimposedby PTA, if any and leaseline chargesshall not be deducted
from the grossrevenue;
iii) The Licenseeshall contributean amountequivalentto 0.5 % of the Licensee's
annual gross revenuefrom LicensedServicesminus inter-operatorpayment
and related Parent operator (tvINO) mandatedpaymentsto the Researchand
DevelopmentFund.However,initial Licensefee, collectioncharges,penalties
imposedby PTA, if any and leaseline chargesshall not be deductedfrom the
grossrevenue.for the most recentlycompletedFinancialYear; and
iv) In addition to any other remediesavailableto the Authority, late payment fee
shall incur an additional fee calculated at the rate of 2o/oper month on the
outstandingamount,for every day or part thereof from the due date until paid.
c) Other
In addition to the fees payablehereunder,the Licenseeshall pay to the Authority all
feesrequiredto be paid underthe Act, Rulesand Regulations.
2) Payment Mode
a) The fee(s)may be depositedin the PTA CollectionAccountmaintainedwith
National Bank of Pakistan,Islamabad.
b) The Licenseemay also pay through crossedCheque,Pay order or Bank draft
drawn in favor of PakistanTelecomlnunicationAuthority.
c) The Fee(s)may also be remitted through TelegraphicTransferor any other
electronicmodeunderintimationto Director(WLL&Mobile).
