As an officer or key committee chairman of the above named chapter, I have read the Pi Kappa Phi
Fraternity Risk Management Policy. I understand that as a responsible office or key committee
chairman of my chapter, the other members of the Executive Council and I have a responsibility to
actively enforce these regulations and that violations of these regulations by any member of the
chapter could result in fraternity conduct proceedings, as well as civil and/or criminal penalties. I also
understand that it is my responsibility to share these regulations with all members of my chapter.
