My goal is to increase percentage of USRI completed and higher ratings related to overall quality of instruction. Is this really 2 separate goals? My goal is to support the improvement of the teaching skills of our faculty members resulting in higher scores on the USRI related to quality of instruction. I will support this goal through running a weekly “teaching excellence” lunch and learn series for the faculty and ensure this priority is well communicated all faculty members. My goal is to support the improvement of the teaching skills of our faculty members leading to more student selecting “excellent” on the question rating overall quality of instruction. This will result in a 3-7% increase a year and subsequently an overall increase of 20% within 3 years.
