Product overview
IBM® Rational® Team Concert is a team collaboration tool that is built on a scalable, extensible platform that seamlessly
integrates tasks across the software lifecycle. Many aspects of the software development lifecycle are integrated, including
iteration planning, process definition, source control, defect tracking, build management, and reporting.

Step 4: Install the Client Activation Key
By default, Rational Team Concert is installed with a trial license. To convert the license to a permanent license, you need
to download and install the Client Activation Key for the release.
1. Download the Client Activation Key file from the IBM Rational License Key Center (http://www.ibm.com/software/
rational/support/licensing). Below are the names of the keys:
v Express Edition Developer Client Access
v Contributor Client Access
v Standard Edition Developer Client Access
v Standard Edition Floating Developer Client Access
v Standard Edition Floating Contributor Client Access
