Attack of the Jack-o-Lanterns
Enter if you dare. This is the entry form for 91.7 KNWD The Demon's haunting, horrifying Attack of the Jack-o-Lanterns contest. Any Northwestern
student is eligible to participate in the contest. There are two main categories, which are the following: traditional and nontraditional. Nontraditional has
two separate categories, which are school spirit and plain awesome. Students are only able to enter one category, so choose wisely. The first place
winner of each category will receive a pair of three-day passes to Voodoo Fest 2012 in New Orleans, LA. Students will be able to vote on their favorite
jack-o-lantern, which will also receive a pair of passes.
Traditional:
Jack-o-lanterns shall have two eyes and a mouth. A nose is optional.
Non-traditional (School Spirit/Plain Awesome - they do not have any eyes or a mouth):
School Spirit entries must display anything related to Northwestern or organizations a part of NSU. Examples include: logos, emblems, symbols,
Greek letters, etc.
Plain Awesome is anything nontraditional (it does not include two eyes and mouth) and not related to NSU.
Jack-o-lanterns must have an electronic tea light candle. NO REAL CANDLES will be allowed. All Jack-o-lantern must come ready to display! There
will be no carving at the event. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up.
