STRUCTURE OF THE AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional
Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by conventions in eleven
States. It went into effect on March 4, 1789. This was the time the original
Congress was in recess. Article 13 reads that every delegate has to sign in
order to amend the Articles of Confederation. Only 39 delegates witnessed the
Constitution of the United States when 74 were needed. They also never reconvened the United States, in Congress assembled to alter the Articles into a
federal government. Therefore, the Articles of Confederation is still the law of
the land regardless of claims to the contrary. So the Bank of New York now has
the Northwest territory alone and seceded from the original Union in violation
of the Articles of Confederation. Then, a new private union of states forms
using the District of Columbia as a front for the United States.

of America”. According to the records:
The entity “the United States of
America” did not exist for another six
years.

The Convention respecting fisheries, boundary and the restoration of slaves between the
United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, also known as
the London Convention, Anglo-American Convention of 1818, Convention of 1818, or
simply the Treaty of 1818, was a treaty signed in 1818 between the United States and the United
Kingdom. It resolved standing boundary issues between the two nations, and allowed for joint
occupation and settlement of the Oregon Country, known to the British and in Canadian history
as the Columbia District of the Hudson's Bay Company, and including the southern portion of its
sister for district New Caledonia.
The treaty marked the United Kingdom's last permanent major loss of territory in what is now the
Continental United States, while gaining it the northernmost tip of the territory of Louisiana
above the 49th parallel north, known as the Milk River in present day southern Alberta and south
west Saskatchewan. Britain ceded all of Rupert's Land south of the 49th parallel and west to the
Rocky Mountains, including all of the Red River Colony south of that latitude.
The War of 1812 (referred to as the "Second War of Independence"
by some US historians) was a 32-month military conflict between the
United States on one side, and on the other Great Britain, its colonies
and its Indian allies in North America. The outcome resolved many
issues which remained from the American War of Independence, but
involved no boundary changes. The United States declared war in
1812 for several reasons, including trade restrictions brought about
by Britain's continuing war with France, the impressment of American
merchant sailors into the Royal Navy, British support of American
Indian tribes against American expansion, outrage over insults to
national honour after humiliations on the high seas, and possible
American interest in annexing Canada.
Comments: The United States had not declared independence from
Great Britain, so the war of 1812 was the revolutionary war for the
United States against Great Britain since the time the Masons
conspired with Great Britain to leave from the Confederacy. Great
Britain knew these Masons were treasonous against their own
original Government and treated them very harshly and still do today.
The seceded Congress knew that there
would be a problem with the
Confederacy, so on September 25, 1789,
right away they drafted the Bill of Rights
for those that chose to remain in the
original Confederacy to avoid treason
charges. The Bill of Rights split the two
Governments to go their separate ways.
The Bill of Rights is a Treaty of Peace
with The United States of America and
the United States. The Confederacy
remained in recess until 2011.
Washington, D.C., formally the
District of Columbia and commonly
referred to as Washington, "the
District", or simply D.C., is the
capital of the United States. The
signing of the Residence Act on July
16, 1790, approved the creation of
a capital district located along the
Potomac River on the country's East
Coast. As permitted by the U.S.
Constitution, the District is under
the exclusive jurisdiction of the
United States Congress and is
therefore not a part of any U.S.
state

The American Civil War, also known
as the War Between the States or
simply the Civil War (see naming),
was a civil war fought from 1861 to
1865 in the United States after
several Southern slave states
declared their secession and formed
the Confederate States of America
This was a different Confederacy
than 1781 so the Southern States
were in dishonor of the original
Confederacy which led to their
downfall. The United States D.C.
is now responsible for restoring
the Southern States, NOT put
them in perpetual debt.
The fugitive slave laws were
laws passed by the United
States Congress in 1793 and
1850 to provide for the
return of slaves who escaped
from one state into another
state or territory.
Comment: This was the
beginning of the federal
marshal under the excuse
that a third party would go to
the Northern states and
retrieve the runaway slave
which eventually started the
Civil War.

The Oregon Treaty is a treaty
between the United Kingdom and
the United States that was signed
on June 15, 1846, in Washington,
D.C. The treaty brought an end to
the Oregon boundary dispute by
settling competing American and
British claims to the Oregon Country,
which had been jointly occupied by both
Britain and the U.S. since the Treaty of
1818.
Comment: this treaty also gave
power of attorney of the people
from the senate to the
President under the emergency
clause of the United States
Constitution, the President
renews the Emergency every six
months as required by the
Treaty.

In 1874, the original Confederacy is moved
to the General Postal Union and the name
changed to the Universal Postal Union in
1877. This is where a major fraud occurred
because the United States of America did
not have authority to sign that treaty on
behalf of the original Confederacy of 1781.
That Confederacy was abandoned by the
same entity almost a hundred years
before that treaty came into existence.
The United States inc. needed a
bank to deal with the states “at
arms length”, so the U.S. Treasury,
through the Bank of New York
created the Federal Reserve, never
trading with real assets. In order to
deal with the people and steal their
property, they had to make them
enemies which is a silent war,
making the people completely
dependent on the fiat currency.

Jumping Ahead
The civil war bankrupts the United
States Government because they
only have 10 miles square of
territory, so in 1871, the
Government is converted into a
Corporation registered to do
business in London England. So the
Constitution of 1789 under the
entity:”the United States of
America” and is back under England
controlled by the Bank of New York
and the CROWN which is the Bank
of England. The United States Inc. is
converted to a Military Branch of
the New World Order in contract
with the crown and Vatican. The
League of Nations is formed.

In 2012, the reign of the heavens
was rediscovered and was found to
be a new sphere. So The United
States of America was placed into
the sphere of the reign of the
heavens and a New World was reborn. All townships and counties
created by the Northwest
Ordinance have been claimed into
the new sphere.
In 2011, the Yisra’el Nation was
placed in trust to the New
Yerushalayim World Trust and the
population moved to The United
States of America declaring to be
known as “American Nationals. The
Confederacy was re-formed into a
Union of people instead of a Union
of States. The general post office
transferred all claims from the
Yisra’el Nation over to The United
States of America Confederation
Union then eventually to The
United States of America of 1781.
Chain of Title was never broken.
In 2010, two men write Land
Patents claiming the original metes
and bounds of The United States of
America, the original Confederacy
of 1781.
Later that year, the same two men
claim the general post office and all
abandoned rural free delivery
routes. The UPU was served
through email.

September 17 , 2010, The Yisra’el
Nation is reformed and repopulated. All claims were
transferred to that Nation. The
Yisra’el Nation was declared to be a
Nation-State within the original
Union of The United States of
America.
To make a long story short, the people have a new world to enter into that is real. The Government of
The United States of America is functioning properly. The people have created an Association to protect
the private property claims of the people that join the association. The name of the Association is
called: “Automobile Association for The United States of America” and functions as an agency for the
ROH Trust. The property claims also include deeds of trust, businesses, boats, you name it, if you own it,
the Association can protect it within the new sphere. The agency also has all of the resources of the
Government of The United States of America and the standing of the reign of the heavens world
government within its own sphere.
