Every year I look forward to the annual awards banquet. It gives me a chance to see great projects, friends, colleagues and professionals committed to the concrete industry.
I hope this year is no exception and we will have some excellent project entries.
I want to invite every member of our organization to attend and see the project awards. We will takek the opportunity to thank outgoing board members and officers while welcoming the new board members and officers for the upcoming year. Attending our banquet on a Friday night is a great way to start the weekend.
This will be my last President’s article for our newsletter so I want to thank our Board members and the other officers for their dedication to our chapter. I also want to thank our membership for joining our ACI Chapter.
Our Chapter continues to support educational opportunities in concrete construction and the advancement of our industry.
When you examine this chapter’s involvement in seminars, technical training and participation in ACI at the international level you begin to understand that the Nebraska chapter is blessed with extraordinary people.
Thank all of you for your participation.
Chapter President

There will be two board positions to be filled by the end of this year.
Ben Ricceri of Lyman Richey Corporation and Kyle Poff of Kearney
Concrete Company have fulfilled their 3-year terms on the Board of Directors for Nebraska ACI Chapter. Kyle Poff has been asked to continue as a Nebraska ACI Officer, which still leaves two board positions open.
As the Past President and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Nebraska ACI Chapter, it is my duty to fill positions. I would like to introduce you to my selections, to be voted on by the Nebraska
ACI membership prior to our annual meeting January 25th.
