Dr. Phan Quoc Viet is a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership
Academy, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. He is one of Vietnam’s leading consultants, trainers and speakers on
the future of leadership, work, people skills, change
and organizational effectiveness. He has conducted
research for government inquiries into leadership and
talent management.
He has a wide range of experience. During his career
he has been the Marketing Director of FPT Corporation;

Deputy Editor-in–Chief of Information & Life Journal.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Tam Viet Group
