Office Fun Contest
A contest will run until [xx/xx/xxxx]. All entries must be received prior to 5PM on
{xx/xx/xxxx]. See the contest rules below for specific details. You can still do the
scavenger hunt at any time, if you do not wish to participate in the Office Fun
Contest.
Contest Rules













Only one picture can be submitted for each item.
Submissions must be saved to a CD or other digital media storage device with
each image file named clearly with the item name and number from the item list.
Item pictures can be obtained by individuals or groups. If done as a group, the
entire group must be included in every picture.
Points are awarded as noted next to each item listed.
If done as a group, an extra point is assigned the total tally for each person in
the group.
If done as a group, a point is deducted from each item for each individual
missing from the shot.
The items must be physical representations and not pictures of digital images on
a screen unless clearly stated as such.
While all the items listed should be found in the office, the item pictures can
come from any location.
An extra point will be assigned to each item for creativity of the picture. This is
based solely upon the judge's discretion and cannot be disputed.
An extra point will be assigned to each item that is completely original and not in
a picture taken by any other entries.
The first entry submitted with each item accounted for will be awarded ten extra
points. The second complete entry receives five extra points. The third entry
receives three extra points.
The judge has the final word on any point assignments and these decisions
cannot be disputed.
The winner receives $30 worth of Starbucks gift cards (6 cards of $5 each).

Instructions
During a break or non-business hours locate the following items around the building
and use your mobile phone or digital camera to capture a picture of you with the
item listed. Items should be placed back in their original location. This is not meant
to be done all at once and should be done over several days. The scavenger hunt
can be done for personal enjoyment and relaxation or it can be done as part of the
contest listed on the next page.
