NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders are hereby invited for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
GODREJ MAKE OFFICE FURNITURE/PHOTOCOPY MACHINES/FAX MACHINES.
The Tender Notice along with detailed terms and Conditions of the Tender can
be downloaded from the official web site www.punecenexcise.gov.in OR the same can
be obtained free of cost from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner (P&V), Audit-II
Pune (Kolhapur) Commissionerate at Vasant Plaza Commercial Complex, 2nd Floor,
Rajaram Road Bagal Chowk Kolhapur, 416001 on any working day between 09.30 Hrs
to 18.00 Hrs. The last date of submission of completed tender forms is 16th
March, 2015 before 17.00 Hrs. The Technical Bid (Annexure-II) and Financial
Bid (Annexure-III) will be opened at 15.00 Hrs on 17th March 2015.
The Commissioner of Audit–II, Pune (Kolhapur) reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all of the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

INVITING QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
GODREJ MAKE OFFICE FURNITURE/ PHOTOCOPY MACHINE/FAX MACHINE.
Sealed quotations/tenders are hereby separately invited from eligible reputed
Agencies/ Dealers/ Firms/ Companies engaged in SUPPLY OF A) ‘GODREJ MAKE
OFFICE FURNITURE, B) PHOTOCOPY MACHINES and C) FAX MACHINES TO BE
INSTALLED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF AUDIT-II , PUNE
(KOLHAPUR), LOCATED AT VASANT PLAZA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, C. S. No.
1079/2 K.H., RAJARAM ROAD, BAGAL CHOWK, KOLHAPUR-416001.
The tender document can be obtained from the Assistant Commissioner (P&V),
having his office at Vasant Plaza Commercial Complex, 2nd Floor, Rajaram Road Bagal
Chowk Kolhapur, 416001 on any working day between 09.30 AM to 06.00 PM. It can
also be downloaded from the website www.punecenexcise.gov.in.
The last date for submission of completed Tender Forms is 16TH March 2015
before 05.00 PM. The Technical Bids (Annexure –II) and Financial Bids (Proforma for
quoting rates - Annexure –III) will be opened on 17th March 2015 at 15:00 HRS. in
the presence of the Joint Commissioner (P&V), Central Excise, Audit-II, Pune (Kolhapur)
and authorized representatives of interested firms/ companies, if they make themselves
available at that time.
The Tender Document comprises of the following Documents:1. Terms and Conditions – Annexure-I
2. Technical Bid – (Pre-qualification requirements) Annexure-II
3. Financial Bid (Proforma for quoting rates) – Annexure-III
Interested Agencies/ Dealers/ Firms/ Companies may inspect the premises and
submit their details in Annexure I, II & III.
The Technical Bid (Pre-qualification
requirements) should be placed in one sealed envelope super-scribed as “Technical Bid
- Annexure II” and the Financial Bid (Proforma for quoting rates) should be placed in
another sealed envelope super-scribed as “Financial Bid - Annexure –III”, separately for
above mentioned three items.
Both the aforesaid sealed envelopes be placed in another sealed cover superscribing “QUOTATIONS/ TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
A) “GODREJ MAKE OFFICE FURNITURE, B) PHOTOCOPY MACHINES
AND C) FAX MACHINES.” SEPERATELY and same should reach in the
Administration Section, Vasant Plaza Commercial Complex, 2nd Floor, Rajaram Road
Bagal Chowk Kolhapur, 416001, on or before the date and time.
The Commissioner of Audit–II, Pune (Kolhapur) Commissionerate reserves the

1. The party should be an authorized dealer of M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co.
Ltd.,/manufacturer of photocopy machine/ Fax machine which are manufacturing
their Products.
2. The tenders / rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, levies and other
charges.
3. The supply and installation of the A) ‘GODREJ MAKE OFFICE FURNITURE’,
B) PHOTOCOPY MACHINES and C) FAX MACHINES so approved by the
Department, should be completed within 10 days from the date of issue of
supply order.
4. Specialized, interested parties authorized dealers of these companies
manufacturing office furniture/ PHOTOCOPY MACHINES and FAX
MACHINES having experience in the field for supply and installation of office
furniture to Government / private organizations may submit the details of such
supply made to other Government Organization separately in their tender
applications.
MAINTENANCE:1. The firm/ company shall provide installation immediately after receipt of work/
supply order ensuring that the configuration of Products is as per the requirement
specified in the Tender Notice.
2. The firm/ company shall provide regular maintenance service for the product /
systems supplied during the guarantee / warranty period.
PAYMENTS:1. Payment shall be made to the Firm/ Dealer/Company after completion of
installation and inspection of the system by the Department.
2. The Department being a Central Government organization is exempted
from payment of Octroi.
