Background Information:
The First Microfinance Bank, (FMFB)- Afghanistan has been operating as Commercial
Bank registered with Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) & AISA Department with the vision
to be recognized as the leading Microfinance services provider in Afghanistan.
Statement of Purpose:
FMFB- A is looking for a company, who can establish the data center for the Bank
Terms and Condition:
The vendor has to show relevant experience of establishing at least two data centers in
Afghanistan.
The vendor must have relevant staff available for maintaining the equipment like
Precision ACs , UPS and other material .
The vendor must have authorization and distribution rights to sale the given equipment
mentioned in the list in Afghanistan.
The vendor must have valid AISA licensee to work in Afghanistan
FMFB has the right to cancel or reject, partially or as whole any proposal
FMFB has the right to test all items for their originality. In case of any discrepancy, FMFB
has the right to cancel the contract partially or as a whole.
The quotations must be received within 7 days of this advertisement.
Scope of Work:
The vendor must have much experienced in the installation of data center within
Afghanistan, the vendor must make the installation within 3 months after the work
order issued by FMFB- A, all the items must be genuine – FMFB- A have the rights to
cancel or reject the project if there is discrepancy in items for genuinely.

Payment Terms & Taxes:
After the installation of data center, FMFB- A will release the payment of vendor.
The vendor is responsible for all taxes; the rates should be including withholding tax as
