We all konw mathematics is a subject of study in number,structure
change and space model.The application of mathenatical is very
important.The
establishment
of
mathematical
medal
in
applied
mathematics is a very important part.
In daily life ,it seems that the use of mathematics is simply a simple
operation.
But in fact ,in the pursuit profit maximization in sales,we use
mathematics to pursue maxium value.
Using the method of modern mathematics,to study marketing
problems .In the marketing of the establishment of mathematical model,a
list of survey drawing charts for statistics ,the use of mathematic formulas
for complex calculations etc.
Our presentation includes three parts,one is mathematics function
using in marketing,two is linear programming in market,three is summary
of the examples.
Mathematics has many applications in business and it is really
functional. We can maximize our profits and improve our sales plan if we
make full use of math. Then I and my parter will talk about two simple
examples.
The following is the first example, When one goods costs 10
yuan,we can sell 500 commodities.If the price of the goods increase 1
yuan.the quantity of good will decrease 10 commodities.then when how
large is the price of the goods,we can have the largest profit.
Suppose the increased price is x,then the commodities is (500-10x),
The price is (10+x) yuan,so the total profit is (500-10x)(10+x)=
-10(x-20)(x-20)+9000.
So when x=20,we can get the maximum profit.
The following is the second example.
There is a hardware manufacturers. They have 500 screws and 400
nuts. Per product A needs one screws and two nuts and per product B
needs two screws and one nut. According to the market prices ,one
product A sells 2 dollar, and one product B sells 3 dollar. Then, how can
we distribute the material to maximize our profits?
Suppose A is x,B is y,the profit is z.then the profit is z=2x+3y.
The condition we know,
x>0;
y>0;
x+2y<500; 2x+y<400;
So when x=100,y=200,we can get the max profit .
the above two problems are simple for us .But the mathematics
behind the problem can reflect some basic mathematicial thoughts.the
first one use mathematical function which is very useful and important to
sovle the problem.and the second is the establishment of mathematical
model.
In a word,mathematics comes from our daily life ,and it can help us
make some problems more easier.
The application of mathematics in marketing is very common,It is a
combination of both,Let make math and Marketing more long-term
