INCOSE On-line
INCOSE maintains a central World Wide Web (Web)
site (http://www.incose.org), list servers for technical
discussions, announcements, chapter Web sites and
other information of interest to systems engineers.
Abstracts for all previous symposium papers are also
available on the Web site. From our chapter webpage

you can find information about our local chapter.
How Do I Join INCOSE?
Membership applications are available at chapter
meetings, on-line at the Web site, or from the INCOSE
Central Office. To join the Silver State Chapter,
designate SSC as your affiliated chapter when you join
INCOSE. Annual membership is $105 ($20 for fulltime students), which is valid for 12 months. Send your

About the Silver State Chapter
INCOSE has over 40 chartered chapters and a number of
“emerging” chapters. Started in 1995, the Silver State
Chapter is one of the most active chapters in the Western
Region.
Monthly chapter meetings include a light dinner followed
by a scheduled presentation. Members discuss problems
of importance in their work, and learn what is being done
in systems engineering organizations around the area.
Networking opportunities abound.
Silver State Chapter Meetings
The Silver State Chapter normally meets on the third
Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM at 9500 Hillwood
Drive Ste. 140 in the Booz Allen and Hamilton Facility
Conference Room. From time to time, the date is
changed to accommodate our guest speaker, or the
location is changed to accommodate our member’s
needs. The location of the monthly meeting along with
directions can be provided via e-mail, and will be
available on our web site. Dinner costs are free for
members and $6.00 for non-members. Reservations can
be made by contacting Pam McCann via e-mail at
Pamela_McCann@ymp.gov, or at 702-794-5556.
Joint Programs and Tours
In addition to the monthly chapter meetings, the Silver
State Chapter routinely participates in collaborative joint
programs with other engineering societies such as
ASME, ANS, PMI, and AACE. These meetings provide
a great opportunity to network with fellow professionals,
participate in unique tours, and learn about our local
community projects.
