Talkument Project Planning Worksheet
Getting Started!
The Talkument project planning worksheets are designed to help understand the
requirements for the software and hardware installation. These worksheets help
set the expectation of what will be needed.
Once the worksheet is filled out, configuring the software is as easy as plugging
in the setting from the worksheet.
Be sure to review the section on setting up alarms and email notifications so that
the system can be managed easier. Emails can be sent out to update
administrators to proactively monitor the system. IP addresses and email account
information will be required for this part of the setup.
Setting up a remote access tool like VNC or PcAnywhere will also make it easier
to administrator the system.
