Business Client’s circuits such as Frame Relay, PIP (Private IP), and P2P (Point to Point) circuits.
Provides first hand troubleshooting on circuits with issues such as down hard, bouncing,
and/or circuit taking errors.
Isolates Circuit facility trouble as to whether Circuit trouble is on the customer side, LEC (Local
Exchange Carrier) side, or within Verizon network.







Coordinates with LEC for Circuit facility checking and testing. Sometimes conduct H2H (Head to
Head) Testing with LEC tester and technician.
Checks and monitors Frame Relay and PIP circuit status and interface stats through SNM (Sub
Network Manager), and P2P circuits through T1 MonSig on both directions.
Checks T1 alarms and/or errors on DACS through NMT (Network Management Tool). Checks and
changes cross-connects on DACS from DS0 to T1 if needed to put circuit into service.
Conduct intrusive testing from DS0 and T1 level on the circuit facility through ITS (Integrated
Test System)
Receives inbound calls from Verizon Business Clients complaints and inquiry regarding circuit
trouble and networks issues.
Initiates outbound calls to Verizon Business Clients prior to resolving circuit outages.
Provides timely update on ETMS tickets based on current status of Client’s circuit and network.

interface of Globe Wireless Network.
Responsible for the operations and maintenance of eNM, ECI Network Management that monitors
the DWDM and SDH Transmission Facilities of Core Network and Access Network of Wireless
Network Operations of Globe Telecom.
Creates Client Trails for the transmission facilities of BTS to BSC, BSC to MSC, and BSC to TMSC
connections on E1 Level, 2.048bps.
Creates Server Trails for the Backhaul Transmission Facilities of Globe Telecom Wireless Network
Operations on STM-1 level 1.55Mbps.
Handles the ECI SDH Transmission Facilities and also the PDH Transmission facilities via
microwave radio, such as Nera and DMC radio, and fiber cable.
Uploads ECI SDM16, SDM4, and STM-1 level on eNM, ECI Network Management for possible BTS

Coordinates with International Carriers like KDDI Tokyo, Singtel, Teleglobe Toronto, for
International Carriers Interconnections problems.
Prepares wiring and cabling of equipment between DDF and MDF terminals. Performs line up
check on voice circuit (VF ch. or PL) as may be necessary. Prepares daily running log and weekly
accomplishment report.
