2009 Assisted Dr. Paul Kavanaugh (University grant writer) with grant submission to establish Forensic
Investigation Regional Training Site. Specific input included establishing relationships and eliciting support
from law enforcement agencies, review and editing of text and budgets and attending planning meetings. Grant

State Comparison. Created survey instrument, analyzed data, and presented findings.
